Hello,
I wanted to give you all a heads up that Patrick has a 504 that was written last 
year. It is important that we meet as a team so everyone is aware of the 
accommodations and what we need to do to help Patrick succeed at Murray.
I have left a message with his parents to set up a meeting and I will be in 
touch to let you all know when the meeting will be.
If you absolutely cannot do mornings or after school, please let me know ASAP.
